Sanjay’s Early Years
Life before Urban Company was difficult for Sanjay. Moving from one job to another, irregular income, and subsequent strife within the family were constants for him. This was his reality up until five years ago, when he decided to start fresh with Urban Company.
Sanjay joined Urban Company as a novice in the cleaning services’ vertical. Over the years, he has experienced a difference in how society treats him. Being associated with Urban Company has turned his job into a full-time career.
In the last 5 years, the strides he has achieved in his personal life are commendable. He built a house of his own, got his sister comfortably married, and is able to ensure good education for his children.
