To properly care for our products, we recommend not wearing them while bathing, swimming, showering or applying cosmetics such as perfume.

For precious jewellery overtime exposure to heat can cause change in color as exposure to very hot temperatures can cause gemstones to loose the natural moisture.

Avoid contact between jewellery and chemicals of any form. If your jewellery comes in contact with chemicals rinse immediately with warm water and soap.

Cleaning Your Eira Wen Products Jewellery

The Simplest way is often the most effective way to clean your products, which is with soap and water. Use mild liquid soap and warm water. Create a foamy solution in a container. Submerge the jewellery in the water for minutes and then gently rub it with a soft lint-free cloth. Once clean rinse the items with warm water and wipe with lint-free cloth. Ensure the jewellery is completely dry before storing.

Storing your Eira Wen Jewellery

Your Eira Wen jewellery needs to be properly stored. Tossing jewellery products in draws or on tables can cause damage like scratching, or discoloration over time. To keep our products in pristine condition we recommend storing them in pouches, or a jewellery box where each product is kept in separate slots. It is also possible to wrap each jewellery piece in tissue and then store in a box, to avoid scratches and entanglement of jewellery pieces which can cause damage.
